Personal Information collected by us prior to your acceptance of this Policy is also subject to this Policy upon your acceptance.
2.Definitions
"Account" means your registered user account on the Tradenode platform.
"Connected Exchange" means any centralized exchange, decentralized exchange, or DeFi protocol linked to your Tradenode Account via API Key or wallet connection.
"Personal Information" means any information that can be associated with an identified or identifiable individual, including name, postal address, telephone number, email address, financial account information, date of birth, and government-issued credentials. It does not include information that does not identify a specific User.
"Services" means the Tradenode platform, website at tradenode.io, mobile applications, APIs, and all features and content provided through them.
"Site" means tradenode.io and any associated mobile applications, official social media profiles, and online properties through which the Services are offered.
"User" means any individual who has registered an Account with Tradenode.
3.What Personal Information Do We Collect?
We may collect the following categories of information when you visit the Site or use the Services:
Registration Information. When you create an Account, we collect your name, email address, and password. We may also request your telephone number and country of residence.
Identity Verification Information. We automatically collect technical data when you access the Site, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited before and after the Site, session duration, and cookie identifiers. Payment Information. When you purchase a subscription, payment information (including payment card details or payment processor tokens) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. Tradenode does not store complete payment card numbers; only tokenized representations are retained.
Communications and Support Information. When you contact our support team, respond to surveys, or communicate with us through any channel, we collect the content of your communications, your contact information, and details of any issues or requests.
Information from Third-Party Sources. We may obtain information from external sources such as identity verification providers, sanctions screening databases, credit bureaus, and public records, where permitted by applicable law. 4.How Do We Process Personal Information?

To Operate the Platform and Deliver the Services, including:

Connecting to your configured exchanges and executing trading strategies on your behalf;
Communicating with you regarding your Account, transactions, and service updates;
Personalizing your experience based on your preferences and usage patterns.
To Maintain Platform Integrity and Security, including:
Monitoring for unauthorized access, fraud, and malicious activity;
Enforcing our Terms of Service and applicable policies;
Investigating suspicious activity and responding to security incidents;
Verifying that Users meet eligibility requirements on an ongoing basis.
To Comply with Legal and Regulatory Obligations, including:
Fulfilling KYC and AML verification requirements;

With Members of Our Corporate Group. We may share Personal Information with Tradenode's parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities for purposes consistent with this Policy, including to provide the Services, manage risk, and maintain platform security.

We engage vetted service providers who process Personal Information on our behalf and under our instructions, including: identity verification providers; payment processors; cloud infrastructure providers; customer support platforms; analytics providers; and email communication services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your Personal Information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
With Connected Exchanges and Protocols. To enable the Services, we may share limited account configuration data with the exchanges and protocols you connect to the Platform. We will never share your Account password, but may transmit API tokens and trading parameters necessary to execute your configured strategies.
For Legal and Compliance Purposes. We may disclose Personal Information to law enforcement agencies, regulators, courts, or other public authorities when required to do so by law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or when we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tradenode, our Users, or the public.
In Connection with Business Transactions. In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate restructuring, your Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the receiving entity's agreement to honor the commitments in this Privacy Policy.
With Your Consent. We may share Personal Information with third parties where you have provided express consent for a specific disclosure.
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7.Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account information is retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five years following account closure, as required by applicable AML and financial record-keeping regulations;

Marketing and communications data is retained until you opt out or request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
After applicable retention periods expire, we will securely delete or anonymize Personal Information.
8.How We Protect Your Personal Information

AES-256 encryption for Personal Information stored at rest;

Secure API key handling with read-only permission enforcement;
Continuous monitoring for unauthorized access and anomalous activity.
However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.
9.Children
The Site and Services are directed exclusively at individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a minor, we will promptly delete it and, where required, disable the associated Account. Tradenode is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of any third-party website or service. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.International Data Transfers
Tradenode operates globally and your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside, including Singapore and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection rules that differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to the international transfer of your Personal Information, subject to the protections described in this Policy. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, including standard contractual clauses.
